This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or platforms linked through the Services.

A) Information You Provide
We may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Dealership/company name, location, and role/title
- User account credentials (stored securely)
- Communications with ADA (support tickets, emails, call notes)
- Billing contact information (payment details are handled by payment processors)
B) Customer Data Processed on Behalf of Dealership Customers
Customers may upload or provide Customer Data including:
- VINs and vehicle identifiers
- Customer contact information (name, mailing address, email, phone)
- Appointment and service-related notes or indicators (if provided by the customer)
- Communication outcomes and campaign performance data
- Suppression lists and opt-out indicators
ADA processes this information to provide the Services to the customer.
C) Automatically Collected Information
We automatically collect certain information, such as:
- IP address
- Device type, browser type, operating system
- Usage logs (actions taken in the dashboard, timestamps, pages viewed)
- Approximate location based on IP address
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
3) How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide and operate the Services
- Provision accounts and authenticate users
- Provide analytics, dashboards, workflow outputs, and reporting
- Provide communications enablement functionality and campaign tracking
- Process billing and subscriptions
- Provide customer support and onboarding
- Maintain security, audit access, and prevent fraud/misuse

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for product development, benchmarking, and internal analytics.

ADA does not sell personal information in the traditional consumer-data-broker sense.

In many cases, ADA acts as a service provider / processor on behalf of dealership customers who control Customer Data used in recall and service workflows.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
